From the Start Your Website Form:
- Full name of primary contact
- Business name
- Phone number
- Email address
- City or service area
- Business type and industry
- Main services
- Selected plan
- Representative Code if applicable
- Desired domain if applicable
From the post-payment onboarding form:
- Full legal business name
- Complete business contact information
- Operating hours and service area
- List of services offered
- Logo, photos, images, and brand materials
- Social media links and external platform links
- Google Business Profile if applicable
- Design preferences and colors
- Testimonials and reviews if provided voluntarily
- Any other information submitted voluntarily
From direct communications:
- Emails, messages, and support requests
- Change request submissions
- Cancellation or transfer requests
2.2 Automatically collected information
From the Flores Nexus website:
- Visitor IP address
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent
- Traffic source
- Device type
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
From Stripe when processing payments:
- Payment confirmation and transaction status
- Last 4 digits of card used
- Billing country
Flores Nexus Group LLC does not store full card numbers — this data is processed and stored directly by Stripe.
2.3 Representative Code information
When a client enters a Representative Code in the start form, we record the association between that code and the client order for attribution and commission purposes. This information is used internally and is not shared publicly.

- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To communicate with the client about their order
- To send payment confirmations and billing notifications
- To complete the onboarding process
- To manage support requests and change requests
- To attribute sales to representatives via Representative Code
- To display the client business in the public directory if authorized
- To use client materials in portfolio or advertising if authorized
- To analyze traffic on the Flores Nexus website
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell or rent client data to third parties. We do not share client data with advertisers.

Cookies

Who We Share Information With
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service, including Stripe for payment processing, hosting providers, domain registrars, and email communication tools. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Public Directory
If the client authorized inclusion in the Flores Nexus public directory during onboarding, the following may be publicly visible: business name, category, service area, short description, logo or image, website link, and phone if authorized. This information remains visible while the subscription is active. Upon cancellation or written revocation, information will be removed within 15 business days.

Portfolio and Advertising Use
If the client authorized use of their materials during onboarding, Flores Nexus Group LLC may use the business name, logo, website image, and category in portfolio, social media, advertising campaigns, and sales materials. The client may revoke this permission at any time in writing. Revocation does not apply retroactively to materials already published.

Data Retention
- Account and onboarding information: while subscription is active + 90 days after cancellation
- Payment and billing records: 7 years
- Support communications: 2 years
- Analytics data: 26 months
- Authorized portfolio materials: indefinite unless revoked

Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures including HTTPS encryption, Stripe PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, and restricted access to client information. No security system is completely infallible. In the event of a security breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected parties within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.

Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may revoke directory, portfolio, or advertising permissions at any time. Our services are directed to business owners and are not designed for individuals under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy
