Overview
Flores Nexus Group LLC provides service-based work. Setup fees cover design, configuration, and launch work that begins immediately after payment and complete onboarding information are received. Monthly fees cover active hosting, management, and plan-included services.
Refund Scenarios
Client pays but does not complete onboarding
Setup fee may be held as account credit, reviewed case by case. Automatic refunds are not guaranteed.
Production already started
Setup fee is non-refundable.
Preview delivered — client cancels
Setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscription cancellation follows billing policy.
Monthly subscription already charged
Non-refundable for billing periods already started. Service remains active until end of paid period unless terminated for policy violation.
Error caused by Flores Nexus during initial build
Correction included at no additional cost within reasonable scope of the purchased plan.
Cancellation before production starts
Reviewed case by case. Maximum outcome is account credit — not an automatic refund.
Business System custom project
Refunds, milestones, deposits, and cancellation terms must be defined in a separate written agreement before work begins.
Unjustified chargeback or payment dispute
May result in immediate service termination and forfeiture of any credit.
