Business System Starting at $2,500 setup + $399/month — Requires custom quote

Scope, timeline, and inclusions are defined in a separate written proposal for each project. May include based on quote:

Small Update Definition

A small update is any change that takes less than 20 minutes and does not alter the structure of the site. This includes:

  • Replacing one photo
  • Correcting short text
  • Updating phone number, hours, or address
  • Updating one link or social media handle

This does NOT include:

  • Adding new pages
  • Redesigning sections
  • Changing colors or fonts across the site
  • Adding new functionality
  • SEO work
  • Extensive new content

Changes outside this definition are billed as Level 2 or Level 3 change requests.

Domain Policy

Flores Nexus Group LLC will search for the best available standard domain for your business using .com, .co, or .net extensions. Exact domain names are not guaranteed as they may already be taken or require premium pricing.

Premium domains require client approval and additional payment. If no standard option is acceptable, Flores Nexus Group LLC will discuss alternatives before launch. Domains are administered by Flores Nexus Group LLC while the subscription is active. Transfer requires a separate process.
