Small Update Definition
A small update is any change that takes less than 20 minutes and does not alter the structure of the site. This includes:
- Replacing one photo
- Correcting short text
- Updating phone number, hours, or address
- Updating one link or social media handle
This does NOT include:
- Adding new pages
- Redesigning sections
- Changing colors or fonts across the site
- Adding new functionality
- SEO work
- Extensive new content
Changes outside this definition are billed separately.
Domain Policy
Nexus Card is published under a managed Flores Nexus route (floresnexus.cards/businessname). Custom domain is not included.
Starter and Professional plans include one managed standard domain using .com, .co, or .net extensions, subject to availability. Exact domain names are not guaranteed as they may already be taken or require premium pricing.
Premium domains require client approval and additional payment. Domains are administered by Flores Nexus Group LLC while the subscription is active. Transfer requires a separate process and is not included.
